Age 1 month up to 2 months:  10.0-18.0 g/dl

Age 2 months up to 3 months:  9.0-14.0 g/dl

Age 3 months up to 6 months:  9.5-13.5 g/dl

Age 6 months up to 2 years:  10.5-13.5 g/dl

Age 2 years up to 12 years:  11.5-15.5 g/dl

Age 12 years up to 18 years (male):  13.0-16.0 g/dl

Age 12 years up to 18 years (female):  12.0-16.0 g/dl

Over 18 years (male):  13.0-17.0 g/dl

Over 18 years (female):  11.8-15.8 g/dl

Critical Value:  < 5.0 or > 20.0  g/dL
