Specimen Type: Synovial fluid
Container/Tube: Heparin, plain
Specimen Volume: 2 mL
Specimen Minimum Volume: 1 mL
Collection Instructions: Performed per provider protocol.
Additional Information:
1. Gel separator tube is not acceptable.
2. Specify exact source and site of fluid.
3. Submit entire body fluid collection to Rice Lab for storage.
